Any consultant joining BusinessMinds will receive specific induction matching their profile and experience. We teach our own staff our consulting methodologies, frameworks, attend external training, and coach each other internally, and encourage consultants to research, write articles, and try out new techniques. We train our staff on an ongoing basis and meet regularly to discuss current projects and techniques.
