Our mission is to create insight into information and make this information available for decision makers on all levels in the organisation. Our starting point is the information value chain, which focuses on how a company can increase the information value and thereby support information-driven managerial and control concepts.

In the first column you find the company’s operational data, for instance in ERP-systems. In the second column the data is integrated, thereby enabling reporting across business areas, divisions, products etc. In the third and fourth columns the information is structured to allow deeper analysis and facilitate management control and decision making. BusinessMinds assists our customers in creating the information base that is needed in order to utilize, control and manage the company – whether it is about solutions supporting top-management in achieving strategic goals, or supporting frontline employee in offering customers good service.
